Please review the list to see if your question has been covered.

Q:  How can I contact the Hope Chest via email?

Q:  I would like to contact the Hope Chest by mail. How do I do that?

A:     Hope Chest mailing address is:

Q:  Could the Hope Chest please cancel my monthly Paypal subscription at this time?

A:  The Hope Chest cannot cancel your subscription, as we do not have access to your Paypal account.  Paypal account settings are private, and can only be accessed by the original username and password.

This is your private information, and even though Paypal has sent funds to the Hope Chest at your request, we never have access to your private information, other than your name and email address.

Q:  How do I cancel my monthly subscription to the Golden Age of Gaia or the Hope Chest?  

A: Here's how to cancel your subscription.  From your Paypal log-in page:

Enter your user name and password to enter personal account on Paypal

Go into your profile

Go to payment settings

Choose pre-approved payments

Go into your subscription and click the cancel button.

Q: I want to change the monetary amount of my monthly subscription. How do I do this?

A:  If you want to change your subscription amount, you first need to cancel your current subscription in your Paypal account.  The directions to do so are listed in the above question.  You can then create a new pre-approved payment for the subscription with the adjusted amount.

Q: I would like to send a wire-transfer of funds to the Hope Chest. How do I do this?

A: If you are interested in wiring funds from your bank to the Hope Chest bank, we will provide you with routing information. Please send a message to the Hope Chest Contact Us inbox with Wire Transfer in the subject line, and we will happily provide you with the appropriate information.

 Q:  I would like to pay for a monthly subscription or make a donation using my debit or credit card.  Is this option available?

A: The option to create a monthly subscription or one-time donation using a debit/credit card is now available.  Please see the donate page for details.

Q: Thank you for the opportunity to apply for lightworker assistance via the Hope Chest. I submitted my request, and received my receipt, but I did not hear back right away. I sent another email to check up on the process, but it has been a few days and I have still not heard. What is happening with my request?

A: When you apply for funds from the Hope Chest, through the request for funds form, it is immediately logged into our system.  At the time of submission, you will receive a confirmation number that is automatically generated, and places your request in a processing queue for the Hope Chest staff to address.

That confirmation number verifies that we have received your request.  The Hope Chest then processes the requests and will send out funds as soon as they become available.  At the present time, the amount of funds available for disbursement varies, so requests are not addressed at a scheduled interval, but whenever blessed funds allow.

Since the Hope Chest staff is very small, contacting them for updates on any request significantly slows down the process. We ask you for your patience in this matter, and we will happily provide assistance as soon as it becomes available.
